1010 meters of elevation with ski slopes

Norefjell Ski Resort has the largest elevation difference in Scandinavia, with a staggering 1010 meters from the top to the bottom. This means you can enjoy the exhilarating freedom on the open mountain slopes and also ski in more sheltered terrain further down. With 30 ski slopes, we have something for everyone.

While the green, blue, and red slopes are easily accessible for beginners on the slopes, the mountain also offers black slopes and terrain parks. We have two terrain parks suitable for all levels, providing something for beginners to experts. You can challenge yourself with jumps, rails, moguls, and much more. In addition to this, we offer ski cross, self-timer and speed-check.

On a clear day, you can enjoy the view from the top of Norefjell all the way to Gaustatoppen, Rondane, and Hardangervidda, and with just under two hours of driving from Oslo, you can make the most of a weekend in the mountains.

Norefjell is known for being the venue for the 1952 Winter Olympics, and you can still ski parts of the original Olympic course. If the 1010 meters of elevation is not enough, Norefjell offers a total of 30 km of groomed slopes and some of the steepest slopes in all of Norway. We meticulously groom our slopes every night to ensure that our guests have the best possible skiing experience.

Are you looking for more than the "ordinary" ski slopes? Then Norefjell is definitely the right place for you.
