There is a good selection of dining options at Norefjell. Whether you want a break from skiing or wish to enjoy a family dinner, we have the place for you. Skistua is located right next to the slopes with a diverse menu for the entire family. If you are a guest at Norefjell Ski & Spa or in the Bøseter area, Restaurant Matbaren is a good choice. If you are looking for something quick and simple, we recommend Alpinstua at the bottom of the resort.
Skistua
Right by the slopes and at the heart of the ski resort lies Skistua. Norefjell's grand lodge with exquisite design and delightful cuisine. Here, you will discover a menu and an atmosphere tailored for the entire family. Skistua is perhaps best known for its homemade goulash soup, but our stone oven-baked pizza and pasta are also popular dishes. Skistua offers both hot and cold beverages, and a favorite among children is our luxury hot cocoa.
Just below Skistua, we have a grill hut where our guests can barbecue their own food.
Non
Welcome to Non on the 1st floor at Norefjell Ski & Spa. With ski-in/ski-out access and a varied menu, this dining venue is perfect for both skiers and hotel guests. Here you’ll find a delicious and diverse selection, ranging from salads and soups to pizzas and burgers.
Alpinstua
At the bottom of the ski resort (Dalbunnen) is Alpinstua. If you're looking for something quick and easy, Alpinstua is the place for you. Here, you will find a menu with a wide selection of burgers and other simple dishes
Joker Norefjell
Joker Norefjell is a 24-hour grocery store, open every day of the year. The store is partially remotely operated, and customers can easily unlock and enter the shop using a bank card or mobile phone. Joker Norefjell also offers an online store and can deliver groceries to Norefjell Ski & Spa and Norefjellstua.
