NorefjellHytta is a 40-seat restaurant offering traditional food made with local ingredients. The menu draws inspiration from both home and abroad, and varies depending on the quality ingredients available at the time.
For lunch, NorefjellHytta is best known for its delicious soup buffet. Choose from three rich and hearty soups full of delicious ingredients. We also offer three different types of home-baked bread on the side – and you can eat as much as you want. Another popular lunch item is our Norefjell tapas, in addition to four or five lunch dishes that vary from day to day.
In the evening, we serve three-, four- and five-course dinners, which vary from day to day depending on available local ingredients. At NorefjellHytta, you receive personal attention from the chef, who guides you through the meal and recommends the perfect wine selection if you are so inclined.
